Merry Christmas Eve! Every year I wonder how we get here so quickly; it's as if life these days is on fast forward. Not totally complaining since Christmas is one of my favorite times of year... and makes me particularly nostalgic.
From my heart to yours I hope this season and every season of your life brings you joy, happiness, and every single ounce of love. Thank you to everyone who has read this little blog of mine, and to those who've stuck around even when I sporadically post. I'm forever grateful!
Looking towards 2017 I've got exciting plans for this blog, and for achieving some long-held dreams. Cheers to new beginnings and really living life to its fullest!
Often what I find myself wearing during winter bounces between spring and winter attire. Southern California isn't exactly known for its frigid winters, however when its cold enough outside I take the opportunity to "bundle up."
A number of the pieces in this look have been on repeat for me, and they've grown to be closet staples. Namely this Free People coat I've had since two seasons ago, and these new vintage high rise American Eagle jeans. I'm a big fan of the "boyfriend look" or menswear inspired women's wear; tomboy chic essentially. The right amount of bagginess in jeans makes a whole world of difference in comfort level.
In various forms I've been rocking looks like this one because of its ease, multiple life scenario usage, and it's just damn cute. Hi, my name is creature of habit. Nice to meet you 😉
